Biography

Ms. Goh founded re:Equity Consulting in January 2024 to provide bespoke advisory services, with focus on identifying issues and offering equitable and practical solutions to help business anticipate and navigate in the equity capital markets. She has more than 20 years of equity capital markets experience and regulatory compliance expertise, which were largely attained through her 16-year stint at PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd. (PPCF) and work at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance Pte Ltd and UOB Asia Limited. As Director and Head of Continuing Sponsorship at PPCF, she built and led a team of professionals which has regulatory oversight of companies listed on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange. She also has transactional experience in mergers and acquisitions, privatisations, initial public offerings, capital raising and fairness opinions. Ms. Goh graduated from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore with a Master of Business Administration (Banking and Finance) and Monash University, Australia with a Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance) degree. She is an Associate Chartered Valuer and Appraiser, Singapore and an Accredited Director with the Singapore Institute of Directors.
